You will draft templates, implement AI-powered tools, and collaborate with Procurement, IT and Finance to enforce compliance and drive efficiency in a fast-growing tech company based in the United States.

Formación

• JD from ABA-accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar.
• Minimum of three (3) years of legal experience focused on commercial contracts (SaaS, technology, or professional services).
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage contract drafting, redlining, and negotiation.
• Strong understanding of commercial provisions including intellectual property licensing, data privacy, and liability allocation.
