Job summary

Reducto, an agentic document platform for AI teams, seeks its first in-house Legal Counsel in San Francisco. You will own contracting end-to-end, collaborate with founders and the go-to-market team, and serve as a trusted advisor across the business.

You will build templates, playbooks, and contract processes while advising on data privacy, IP, and consumer protection. This is an in-person role with a high impact on the company's commercial strategy.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of legal experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Experience with SaaS contracts and MSAs/NDAs.
• Ability to partner with sales and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts (customer agreements, MSAs, SaaS subscriptions, SOWs, NDAs, vendor contracts).
• Partner with sales to facilitate deal closures.
• Build scalable legal infrastructure (templates, playbooks, contract management systems).
• Provide legal guidance on AI products, data privacy, IP, and consumer protection.
• Manage outside counsel relationships.
