Job summary

Hello Heart, an AI company focused on preventing heart attacks, is seeking an experienced in-house Counsel in the United States. You will partner with product and commercial teams, drafting and negotiating MSAs, BAAs, NDAs, and licenses while guiding data use and AI-related privacy/IP risk management.

Reporting to the General Counsel, you will help drive product launches and ensure compliant, scalable legal processes across the business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of legal experience with in-house digital health experience.
• Strong AI fluency and experience with privacy, AI/ML, and IP risks.
• JD from accredited U.S. law school and active state bar license.
