Job summary

Chalhoub Group in Cairo and Giza seeks an experienced Area Manager to lead multiple stores and drive sales performance across luxury retail outlets. You will supervise frontline teams, optimize schedules, and ensure high standards of customer service and brand presentation.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent English, and proven multi-store management experience in beauty, fashion, or luxury retail. You will travel across Cairo & Giza, with a flexible approach to on-site duties.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Area Manager, Retail Manager, Multi-Store Manager, or Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

• Drive team sales performance and ensure sales targets are achieved.
• Manage team schedules, shifts, days off, attendance, appearance, and performance.
• Conduct frequent store visits and provide hands-on field supervision.
• Handle staff issues, escalations, PDPs, promotions, and day-to-day team requirements.
• Coordinate with Store Managers to resolve staff or store-related issues.
• Prepare regular commercial reports covering sales performance, best sellers, slow movers, and recommended actions.
• Ensure brand standards and customer service standards are consistently maintained.
• Report directly to the Brand Manager on team performance and commercial updates.

What You’ll Be Doing

What You’ll Need To Succeed

• Experience as an Area Manager, Retail Manager, Multi-Store Manager, or Sales Manager.
• Proven experience managing 20+ frontline employees across multiple locations.
• Good English and strong communication skills.
• Strong Excel/MS Office skills.
• Highly flexible with working hours and locations, and comfortable being on the ground across Cairo & Giza most of the time.
• Experience in beauty, fashion, or luxury retail is a must.
• Strong sales, people management, and leadership skills.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
