Job summary

Chalhoub Group is seeking a Fragrance Consultant to deliver an exceptional customer experience while representing our fragrance brands and driving sales performance. The role requires fragrance knowledge, excellent selling skills, and the ability to understand customers' preferences and recommend fragrances that best suit their needs.

Build strong client loyalty, engage with customers, and demonstrate product knowledge through consultations and demonstrations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in fragrance or beauty retail, preferably within a premium or luxury environment.
• Strong passion for fragrances, beauty, and client experience.
• Willingness to work retail hours and rotate across store locations.
• Good knowledge of fragrance products, notes, and families is highly desirable.
• Proven experience in achieving sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain exceptional customer experience standards to develop strong client loyalty.
• Engage with customers to understand preferences, needs, and fragrance profiles.
• Recommend and sell fragrances based on customers' preferences and occasions.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of fragrance notes, families, products, and brand stories.
• Communicate product features, benefits, prices, availability, and promotions effectively.
• Deliver engaging fragrance consultations and product demonstrations.
• Achieve individual and store-level sales targets, KPIs, and incentive objectives.
• Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities across the fragrance portfolio.
• Track sell-out performance and contribute to achieving monthly sales targets.
• Monitor and report daily sales performance.
• Support new product launches, promotional activities, and in-store activations.
• Ensure the counter/store is maintained according to brand standards and guidelines.
• Ensure proper merchandising and product visibility at all times.
• Maintain adequate stock levels and ensure timely stock replenishment.

The role requires fragrance knowledge, excellent selling skills, and the ability to understand customers' preferences and recommend fragrances that best suit their needs.

• Engage with customers to understand their preferences, needs, and fragrance profiles.
• Recommend and sell fragrances based on customers' preferences, occasions, and individual needs.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of fragrance notes, families, products, and brand stories.
• Communicate product features, benefits, prices, availability, and promotions effectively.
• Deliver engaging fragrance consultations and product demonstrations.
• Achieve individual and store-level sales targets, KPIs, and incentive objectives.
• Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities across the fragrance portfolio.
• Track sell-out performance and contribute to achieving monthly sales targets.
• Monitor and report daily sales performance.
• Support new product launches, promotional activities, and in-store activations.
• Ensure the counter/store is maintained according to brand standards and guidelines.
• Ensure proper merchandising and product visibility at all times.
• Maintain adequate stock levels and ensure timely stock replenishment.
• Report stock shortages and support stock ordering processes.
• Ensure stock is received and handled according to set procedures.
• Maintain high standards of grooming and professional appearance.
• Act as a strong ambassador for the represented fragrance brands and consistently reflect their image and values.

• Good knowledge of fragrance products, notes, and fragrance families is highly desirable.
• Proven experience in achieving sales targets and KPIs.

• Ability to build relationships with customers and deliver personalized recommendations.
