Job summary

The Cottage Life Supervisor at KVC Health Systems, Inc. leads the safe and therapeutic implementation of the care model within the assigned cottage in Springfield, MO.

This role ensures fidelity to the treatment model and maintains a safe milieu that supports client goals. Responsibilities include supervising Youth Care Specialists and transportation staff, coordinating resources per client plans, and ensuring timely, professional milieu documentation; a Bachelor’s degree is required and 21+

Qualifications

• Equivalent combination of years of college education and direct care experience within a behavioral population.
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Services or related field –Required for St. Louis Intensive Behavior Program
• Must be 21 years old to apply. Pre-employment drug screen, physical and background check required.

Responsibilities

• The Cottage Life Supervisor is responsible for the safe and therapeutic implementation of the model of care in their assigned cottage.
• Ensures cottage fidelity to KVC’s treatment model, standards and expectations to create a safe and therapeutic milieu
• Selection, supervision, evaluation and development of Youth Care Specialists (YCS) and transportation staff
