Job summary

Beach Plum Farm in West Cape May, NJ is seeking a Farm & Cottage Landscaper to maintain the beauty and presentation of six guest cottages and surrounding guest areas. This hands-on role treats landscaping as part of the guest experience, supporting the Michelin Key property with careful, natural design and meticulous upkeep.

You’ll manage lawns, gardens, pathways, entrances and outdoor spaces, operate landscaping tools, assist with irrigation and seasonal plantings, and coordinate with Farm,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2 years of professional landscaping, groundskeeping, estate, resort, or hospitality property experience preferred.
• Experience maintaining high-end residential, resort, hotel, or hospitality landscapes is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain lawns, gardens, pathways, cottage entrances, outdoor spaces, and guest areas.
• Operate mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, mulching, and seasonal cleanup tools safely.
• Assist with irrigation systems, basic repairs, and seasonal landscape transitions.
• Support weddings, farm dinners, cottage arrivals, photography, and events.
