Job summary

Beverly Farm Foundation in Godfrey, IL is seeking a supervisor to oversee active treatment when residents are in the cottage. You will ensure DSP staff follow prescribed procedures, manage schedules, and support safety and documentation across shifts.

The role requires 18+ and at least a high school education, with training, good health, and willingness to learn. This is a full-time position with benefits and a focus on resident safety and quality care.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Minimum eighth grade reading comprehension.
• Good physical health and lifting ability.
• Experience preferred but not required; completion of training and competency tests are expected.

Responsibilities

• Supervise active treatment when residents are in the cottage and ensure staff follow the ISP and schedules.
• Arrange transportation for residents as needed.
• Organize meals and supervise dining in coordination with dietary staff.
• Monitor staff coverage and reassign shifts to maintain minimum cottage staffing.
• Complete logs, walk-throughs and required documentation with on-coming and off-going supervisors.
