Job summary

Arcfield is seeking a contractor to facilitate a COTR course and support related programs, including planning and managing the annual COTR Day event. The role involves coordinating SMEs, instructors, and materials while understanding Sponsor mission areas and COTR work.

The ideal candidate will hold a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, strong presentation and governance skills, and experience with MS Office, SharePoint, and sponsor learning platforms.

Qualifications

• Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
• Educational levels: BS, MS, or PhD with specified experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience supporting the Customer.
• Experience with C-suite and executive-level support.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications, including Outlook and PowerPoint; SharePoint; and Sponsor learning software platforms.
• Excellent judgment, strong written and oral communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational and planning skills with ability to synthesize large quantities of information.
• Strong time management and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Demonstrated leadership with integrity, credibility, and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate an in-person COTR course and related trainings.
• Coordinate presenters, provide feedback, and support participant development.
• Manage presenter transitions, moderate discussions, and maintain engagement.
• Familiar with Sponsor IT and learning tools; promote technology in learning design and delivery.
• Institute governance to enhance program integrity for the COTR certification.
• Coordinate COTR Day speakers and logistics, including materials and tech needs.
• Support COTR Day branding and marketing for a cohesive conference experience.
• Promote attendance via registration tools, emails, posters, and save-the-dates.
• Manage COTR Day registration and attendance tracking; issue credits to participants.
