Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to support therapy services across campus locations and home health assignments in Ohio. You will work under an occupational therapist to deliver interventions, monitor patient progress, document care, and help educate patients and families.

The role requires an Associate Degree and OTA licensure, with CPR preferred. Occasional travel to multiple sites is expected, and a 0–1 year experience range is targeted for entry-level

Qualifications

• Associate degree required from an accredited program.
• OTA licensure or certification must be current and valid.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Travel to campus locations and home health up to 10%.
• 0-1 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide OT-directed therapeutic interventions in campus locations, home health and/or outpatient care.
• Evaluate patient response to treatment and provide feedback to the team.
• Document patient care progress and ongoing treatment needs.
• Collaborate with OT to develop new patient and family education methods.
• Assist OT in providing in-service training for team on OT topics.
• Contribute to cost-effective patient care.
• Report resident complaints and incidents to Rehab leadership per policy.
• Travel as needed to campus locations and home health assignments.
• Comply with Resident Rights Policy.
• Maintain professional and technical competencies.
• Participate in survey preparation activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
