• Current OTA licensure/certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic interventions under the supervision of an occupational therapist.
• Evaluate patient response to treatment and relay feedback.
• Document patient care progress and ongoing need for treatment.
• Collaborate with OT to develop education for patients and families.
• Assist OT with staff training and cross-training as needed.
• Ensure compliance with resident rights and safety policies.
