Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to support therapy services under the supervision of an OT. The role involves implementing interventions at campus locations, home health, and outpatient settings, while contributing to program development and quality improvement.

You will evaluate patient responses, document progress, and collaborate with the OT to enhance patient education for families. Travel to designated sites is required.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree required.
• 0-1 years experience in a related setting preferred.
• Must have and maintain a current, valid state OTA licensure or certification.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides therapeutic interventions as directed by the occupational therapist in campus locations, home health and/or outpatient care.
• Evaluates patient response to treatment and provides feedback to the team.
• Documents the course of patient care including progress and continuing need for treatment.
• Collaborates with the occupational therapist to develop new methods of delivering education to patients and family.
• Assists in cross-training and sharing occupational therapy knowledge across the team.
• Travel to other campus locations and home health assignments as needed.
