Powerback is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-facility rehab team in Denton, TX. You will implement OT programs, follow recovery plans, and help patients regain independence under the Director of Rehab.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program per AOTA/ACOTE standards.
• Initial NBCOT certification required or obtained.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in the practice state.

Responsibilities

• Execute occupational therapy programs and activities as prescribed.
• Follow recovery plans and deliver therapy treatments.
• Collaborate with rehab team to support patient goals and independence.
• Adapt care to patient needs and settings while maintaining compassionate care.
