Job summary

Step Up Rehab in Stuart, FL is hiring full-time COTA team members for Solaris HealthCare Parkway. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered, with flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) matching and paid time off.

As a COTA, you will provide skilled therapy to SNF residents, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, and help improve safety and quality of life using modern rehab facilities. Florida license or eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited COTA program.
• Active Florida COTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled COTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
