Job summary

Step Up Rehab, in partnership with Solaris HealthCare North Naples, is seeking a licensed Florida COTA to provide skilled therapy in a SNF setting. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to help residents regain function and independence, with a strong emphasis on compassionate care.

This full-time role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus, competitive hourly pay ($28–$38 depending on experience), and comprehensive benefits including 401(k) match, PTO, and medical/dental/vision coverage.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited COTA program.
• Active Florida COTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled COTA-related therapy services in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
