Step Up Naples, in partnership with Solaris HealthCare North Naples, is seeking a qualified Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a full-time role in a Skilled Nursing Facility. You will provide skilled COTA services, work within an interdisciplinary team, and help residents regain function and independence.

This position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus, competitive hourly pay of $28–$38, flexible scheduling, and comprehensive benefits including 401(k) matching, PTO, and health,

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited COTA program.
• Active Florida COTA license or license-eligible.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Step Up Rehab is the in-house therapy provider at Solaris HealthCare North Naples.

Work inside the dedicated therapy gym within this skilled nursing facility, helping residents regain function and independence through skilled, compassionate care.

This position is exclusively for professionals licensed in the state of Florida as a COTA. All services are provided in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
