Step Up Naples, in partnership with Solaris HealthCare North Naples, is seeking a qualified Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a full-time role in a Skilled Nursing Facility. You will provide skilled COTA services, work within an interdisciplinary team, and help residents regain function and independence.

This position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus, competitive hourly pay of $28–$38, flexible scheduling, and comprehensive benefits including 401(k) matching, PTO, and health,

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited COTA program.
• Active Florida COTA license or license-eligible.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled COTA-related therapy services to SNF residents.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to improve safety and function.
• Help residents regain independence through rehab activities.
