Job summary

Qualifications
- Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in Wyoming (or Compact licensure).
- Experience in skilled nursing settings preferred.
- Ability to document and communicate effectively.
Responsibilities
- Record patients' data in EMR and monitor vital signs.
- Provide OT services under supervision of a licensed OT.
- Implement treatment plans to support resident goals.
- Assist residents with ADLs and functional tasks.
- Monitor progress and communicate changes to the supervising therapist.
- Educate residents and caretakers on therapeutic activities.
- Document sessions and outcomes per facility requirements.
- Maintain compliance with policies and standards.
