Job summary

PACS is seeking a Staff Occupational Therapist Assistant to support the Staff Occupational Therapist in resident care and related activities. The role emphasizes accurate documentation, safety, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.

You will assist with training, educate residents and families on treatment goals and home programs, and help ensure compliance with regulatory and facility standards. Strong computer skills and attention to detail are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Education and/or Experience: Associate Degree from an accredited COTA program.
• Proficient in computer skills such as inputting data into programs for Net Health and Point Click Care.

Responsibilities

• Treat residents as directed by the Occupational Therapist and participate in care planning.
• Complete timely, accurate, and compliant documentation according to facility and payer requirements.
• Maintain a safe treatment environment with infection control and safety protocols.
