Job summary

Stern Therapy Consultants is seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team in Lowell, MA. This role offers flexible scheduling while making a significant impact on residents recovering in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation environment.

LTC Therapy: Lowell

Lowell, MA

$35–$38/hour

We are seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team in Lowell. This position offers scheduling flexibility while allowing you to make a meaningful impact on residents recovering in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.

Position Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, upper extremity function, coordination, balance, and functional mobility
• Implement individualized treatment programs established by the supervising OT
• Monitor resident response to treatment and communicate progress to the therapy team
• Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary staff to support resident goals
• Complete accurate and timely documentation
