Job summary

Stern Therapy Consultants is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a PRN role at Ayer Valley Rehab & Nursing. This position offers flexible scheduling while helping residents regain independence and improve their daily function.

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – PRN

Ayer Valley Rehab & Nursing, Ayer, MA
$35–$38/hour

We are seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support our rehabilitation team. This role offers flexible scheduling while helping residents regain independence and improve daily function.

Position Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, upper extremity function, balance, coordination, and functional mobility
• Implement individualized treatment programs established by the supervising OT
• Monitor resident performance and communicate progress to the therapy team
• Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary staff to support resident goals
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
