Job summary

Stern Therapy Consultants is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in North Andover, MA. This PRN role allows flexibility while supporting residents in regaining independence. Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – PRN

North Andover, MA – $35–$40/hour

We are seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support our rehabilitation team. This flexible role allows you to help residents regain independence while maintaining a schedule that fits your availability.

Position Responsibilities
  • Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist
  • Assist residents with ADLs, upper extremity function, balance, coordination, and functional mobility
  • Implement individualized treatment plans established by the supervising OT
  • Monitor resident response and communicate progress to the therapy team
  • Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary staff
  • Complete accurate clinical documentation
