Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support patients at Browns Valley Health Center in Minnesota. You will implement treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist and contribute to progress notes and patient education.

The ideal candidate holds an active COTA license and NBCOT certification, with a preference for at least one year of experience in pediatric or adult settings.

Competenze

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant program required.
• Current, unencumbered state COTA license; NBCOT certification required.
• 1 year of experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred.

Mansioni

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program required
