Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for Newton, IL. The role supports daytime, part-time schedules at Newton Care & Rehab, working under an OT to implement treatment plans and monitor patient progress.

Requirements include an Associate Degree in an OTA program, an unencumbered state COTA license with NBCOT certification, and 1 year of experience preferred. Benefits include 401k with company match and generous PTO.
