Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is expanding its therapist-led network in Ohio and seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to implement patient-centered plans under supervision. You will help monitor progress and support patients with adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.

This PRN daytime role covers locations Arcola Creek and Madison, OH, requiring an active state COTA license, NBCOT certification, an associate degree, and prior experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in OT Assistant program required.
• Current, unencumbered state COTA License; NBCOT Certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.
