Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for its Foxwood Springs location in Raymore, MO. The role is full-time with daytime hours and a focus on delivering patient-centered OT services under supervision.

The ideal candidate holds an OTA degree, a current COTA license, and NBCOT certification, with 1 year of prior experience preferred to support treatment planning and patient education.

Qualifications

• Must have an Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program and an active state COTA license.
• NBCOT certification is required.
• One year of prior COTA experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under supervision of an OT.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in status to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program required
• Current, unencumbered state COTA License; NBCOT Certification required
• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred
