Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team. This role will implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist and document patient progress for the supervising OT.

The candidate will educate patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs. We prefer candidates with 1 year of COTA experience and an unencumbered state license along with NBCOT certification.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required in Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• State COTA license required; NBCOT certification required.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program required
• Current, unencumbered state COTA License; NBCOT Certification required
• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT
