Nightingale at Glenwood is seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) or Occupational Therapist (OT) to deliver resident-centered therapy in a skilled nursing facility in Glenwood, Arkansas. You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans and monitor progress with a collaborative team.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (OT) or Occupational Therapy Assistant program (COTA).
• Current Arkansas OT License (OT) or COTA License (COTA).
• Strong clinical and communication skills, with ability to work effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required.

• Deliver resident-centered occupational therapy services, including developing and implementing individualized treatment plans (OT) and carrying out treatment interventions and monitoring progress (COTA).

Job Summary:

As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) or Occupational Therapist (OT), you'll play a vital role in our rehabilitation team, delivering resident-centered occupational therapy services and assisting residents in improving their daily living and functional skills.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver resident-centered occupational therapy services, including developing and implementing individualized treatment plans (OT) and carrying out treatment interventions and monitoring progress (COTA)
