Nightingale at Glenwood is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) or Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehabilitation team. You will deliver resident-centered OT services, develop and implement treatment plans, and help residents regain independence.

This full-time role requires Arkansas OT or COTA license and strong clinical and communication skills. Preference for skilled nursing experience.

• Graduate of an accredited OT or COTA program.
• Current Arkansas OT License (OT) or COTA License (COTA).
• Strong clinical and communication skills with residents and interdisciplinary teams.
• Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required.

Mansioni

• Deliver resident-centered occupational therapy services, including developing and implementing individualized treatment plans (OT) and carrying out treatment interventions and monitoring progress (COTA).
• Assist residents in improving daily living and functional skills, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure positive resident outcomes and quality care initiatives.

Job Summary:

At Nightingale at Glenwood, we're dedicated to helping our residents regain confidence, restore function, and achieve the highest level of independence possible. As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) or Occupational Therapist (OT), you'll play a vital role in our rehabilitation team, delivering resident-centered occupational therapy services and assisting residents in improving their daily living and functional skills.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver resident-centered occupational therapy services, including developing and implementing individualized treatment plans (OT) and carrying out treatment interventions and monitoring progress (COTA)
• Assist residents in improving daily living and functional skills, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
