Job summary

Life Care Center of Puyallup is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to provide direct rehab services under supervision of an OT. The role supports SNF patients, ensures adherence to Life Care standards, and contributes to patient-centered care.

New graduates are welcome. Certification requirements include NBCOT and state licensure; CPR must be maintained. The position offers hourly pay with potential DOE adjustments and benefits as part of Life Care Centers of America.

Qualifications

• NBCOT certified upon hire; renewal optional
• Graduate of an accredited OT program (ASOT)
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable state; active license throughout employment
• One year experience preferred; new grads welcome to apply
• CPR certification upon hire and maintain during employment

Responsibilities
