Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program according to AOTA & ACOTE standards.
• Initial certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• They must be licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients by implementing occupational therapy programs and activities.
• Follow established recovery plans and deliver therapy treatments.
• Collaborate with team to restore, reinforce, and enhance patients' abilities and independence.
• Provide patient-centered care in a compassionate atmosphere.
• Coordinate referrals to support patient care as needed.
