CHS Corporate seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide rehabilitative services for children and adults under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist. You will implement prescribed interventions, observe patient progress, and contribute to care plans and regulatory standards.

The role involves administering therapy programs, documenting outcomes, and supporting a coordinated care approach with the rehabilitation team.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare with adults, geriatrics, or individuals with physical disabilities (0–1 years).
• Clinical experience in inpatient, outpatient, or skilled nursing settings is preferred (1–2 years).
• Proficiency with computer systems and electronic documentation platforms.

Responsabilités

• Administers occupational therapy treatment programs under supervision.
• Observes patient response and reports changes to the supervising OT.
• Conducts individual or group activity-based therapy sessions.
• Documents treatments and patient progress in the medical record; co-signatures as required.
• Maintains communication with rehabilitation team and healthcare providers.
