Continuum Therapy Partners seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support patient care at Longwood Health and Rehabilitation Center in Longwood, FL. Qualifications

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant from an accredited program.
• Current, unencumbered Florida COTA license; NBCOT certification required.
• At least 1 year of COTA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.
