Join the Rehabilitation Center of Winter Park as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) on a full-time day shift. In this role, you will make a real impact by assisting residents to regain independence through personalized therapy.

Responsibilities include collaborating with Occupational Therapists, supporting daily tasks, guiding therapeutic activities, and maintaining confidentiality. We're seeking candidates with a Florida COTA license and experience in long-term care is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Florida State COTA License is required.
• Experience in long-term care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Occupational Therapist for individualized treatment plans.
• Assist residents in daily tasks to promote independence.
• Guide residents during therapeutic activities for safety.
• Help residents regain function after illness or surgery.
• Handle resident information confidentially.
• Work closely with the care team for optimal outcomes.
