Life Care Center of McMinnville is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to provide direct rehab care under OT supervision in a skilled nursing setting in McMinnville, Oregon.
The role requires NBCOT, a state license, and CPR; new grads are welcome. This full-time, hourly position includes CEUs, loan repayment options, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for advancement within a compassionate team.
Competenze
- NBCOT certified upon hire; renewal optional.
- Graduate of an accredited OT program (ASOT).
- Currently registered/licensed in the applicable state.
- One year experience preferred; new grads welcome to apply.
- CPR certification upon hire or during orientation.
Mansioni
- Follow OT treatment plans under supervision of a licensed OT.
- Chart appropriately and timely to document progress.
- Utilize therapy software accurately for patient care.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and teamwork.
- Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team for patient needs.
- Maintain patient rights, safety, and confidentiality.
- Follow Life Care policies, procedures and compliance training.
- Maintain professional relationships with staff and families.
