Chatham Hills Subacute Care Center in Summit, New Jersey is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to implement best-practice treatments under OT supervision. You will contribute to patient-centered care by documenting progress and adjusting plans as directed by the supervising OT.

Successful candidates hold a valid state license as an OT assistant, have experience in geriatric or long-term care settings, and demonstrate reliable, professional conduct in a multidisciplinary team

Qualifications

• Must have a valid professional license and registration for state of practice.
• Documentation writing proficiency.
• Report to work on time and adhere to scheduled hours.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to provide best patient-centered treatment.

Responsibilities

• Provide treatment under supervision of the Occupational Therapist.
• Document patient progress on weekly progress notes.
• Collaborate with disciplines to provide best patient-centered care.
• Report to work on time and maintain professional conduct.
• Perform all duties assigned by Director of Rehabilitation.
