Chatham Hills Subacute Care Center in New Jersey is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to implement treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist. You will provide treatment by adhering to goals and will report progress via documentation.

Formación

• Must have a valid professional license and registration for state of practice.
• Experience with long-term care and/or geriatric care preferred.
• Proficient in documenting patient progress and care notes.
• Timely weekly progress notes and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out best practice treatments under OT supervision.
• Provide treatment aligned with goals developed by the OT.
• Communicate patient progress and feedback through documentation.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to deliver patient-centered care.
• Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and adhere to policy.
