Job summary

The Manchester Center for Rehabilitation and Healing seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to deliver patient-centered care under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist. You will implement treatment plans, monitor progress, and document weekly notes to support optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

Must have a valid professional license and state registration.
Experience with long-term and/or geriatric care preferred.
Proficient in documentation writing and timely progress notes.
Reliable with punctual attendance and professionalism.
Collaborates with all disciplines for best patient-centered care.
Perform other duties as assigned by Director of Rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

Carry out best practice treatments under OT supervision.
Provide treatment per goals developed by OT.
Document patient progress weekly.
Collaborate with disciplines to provide patient-centered care.
Adhere to facility policies and reporting requirements.
Report to Director of Rehabilitation and maintain professionalism.
