Job summary

Manchester Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for full‑time and PRN roles to support our rehabilitation team.

Under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, you will perform treatments by adhering to goals and provide feedback through documentation, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care for a geriatric population.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid professional license and registration for state of practice.
• Experience with long-term care and/or geriatric care is preferred.
• Well versed with documentation writing.
• Document patient’s progress on weekly progress note in a timely fashion.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to provide best patient centered treatment and care.
• Exceptional patient service skills and ability to demonstrate clinical excellence.
• Report to work on time, adhere to scheduled hours and demonstrate professionalism at all times.
• Perform all other duties assigned by Director of Rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Carry out treatments under supervision of the Occupational Therapist.
• Provide treatment adhering to goals developed by the OT.
• Provide feedback to the supervising occupational therapist via documentation or other required methods.
