Job summary

Manchester Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for Full Time & PRN. The role involves carrying out best practice treatments under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist and providing feedback through documentation.

The position requires a valid state license and experience in geriatric or long-term care. Strong documentation and collaborative skills are essential for delivering patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid professional license and registration for the state of practice.
• Experience with long-term or geriatric care is preferred.
• Strong documentation writing skills are required.
• Document patient progress in weekly notes.
• Collaborate with all disciplines for patient-centered care.
• Exhibit exceptional patient service and clinical excellence.
• Be punctual, adhere to scheduled hours, and maintain professionalism.
• Perform duties assigned by Director of Rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Carry out best practice treatments under OT supervision.
• Provide treatments per goals set by the OT.
• Report to supervision occupational therapist via documentation or policy.
