Job summary

Quality Center for Rehabilitation and Healing seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to deliver treatment under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist. You will document progress, provide feedback, and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure patient-centered care.

Qualified candidates hold a valid COTA license/registration and have experience in geriatric or long-term care settings.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid professional license and registration for state of practice.
• Provide comprehensive treatment to patients under supervision of Occupational Therapist.
• Experience with long-term care and/or geriatric care is preferred but not limited to.

Responsibilities

• Carry out best practice treatments under the supervision of the OT.
• Provide feedback to the supervising OT via documentation.
• Document patient progress on weekly progress notes.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to provide best patient-centered care.
• Report to work on time and adhere to scheduled hours.
• Perform other duties assigned by Director of Rehabilitation.
