Job summary

Webster Manor Rehabilitation & Health Care Center is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a full-time role. You will assist in data collection and direct treatment for a general rehab caseload under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.

Requirements include an associate degree, MA COTA license, and eligibility for required CEUs. Newly licensed grads are welcome to apply, with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Assist in collection of assessment data and direct treatment under supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Provide direct resident treatments under physician order according to plan of care.
• Contribute to team meetings and decision-making processes.
• Train patients, residents, and caregivers.
• Monitor efficiencies with supervisor.
• Document activities in clinical documentation system promptly.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Medicare and reimbursement regulations.
• Participate in clinical program development and implementation.
