Southeast Rehabilitation & Skilled Care Center in North Easton is hiring a full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our care team. The COTA assists in data collection and direct treatment under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.

The position requires an Associate degree in OTA, MA licensure, CEUs per state rules, and welcomes new grads. Competitive benefits and weekly pay are included at this facility.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in occupational therapy assistant from an accredited program.
• Massachusetts OTA license; CEUs per state licensure requirements.

Responsabilités

• Under physician’s order, provides direct resident treatments per an established care plan.
• Participates in clinical program development and implementation.
• Trains patients, residents and caregivers.
• Documents activities in the clinical documentation system.
• Maintains knowledge of Medicare and other reimbursement regulations.
• Contributes to team meetings and decision-making processes.
