Job summary

Webster Manor Rehabilitation & Health Care Center seeks a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehab team. You will assist in data collection and provide direct treatment under the direction of an Occupational Therapist.

Requirements include an associate degree, MA COTA license, and state CEUs. Newly licensed grads are welcome. This full-time role offers weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• CEUs per state licensure requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the collection of assessment data and direct treatment under supervision.
• Provide direct resident treatments under physician orders and established plan of care.
• Contribute to team meetings and decision-making processes.
• Consult with and train patients, residents, and caregivers.
• Monitor efficiencies with supervisor and document activities timely.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Medicare and reimbursement regulations.
• Participate in clinical program development and implementation.
• May perform additional duties as requested by supervisor.
