Job summary

Manchester Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Hillsboro, TN is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for full-time and PRN roles with a sign-on bonus. Under supervision of an Occupational Therapist, you will deliver treatment aligned with set goals and provide feedback through required documentation.

Candidates must hold a valid state license, have experience in long-term or geriatric care preferred, and demonstrate strong documentation skills, punctuality, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid professional license and registration for state of practice.
• Provide comprehensive treatment to patients under supervision of Occupational Therapist.
• Experience with long-term care and/or geriatric care is preferred.
• Well versed with documentation writing.
• Document patient’s progress on weekly progress note in a timely fashion.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to provide best patient centered treatment and care.
• Exceptional patient service skills and ability to demonstrate clinical excellence.
• Report to work on time, adhere to scheduled hours and demonstrate professionalism at all times.
• Perform all other duties assigned by Director of Rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Carry out best practice treatments under supervision of the OT.
• Adhere to goals developed by the OT.
• Provide feedback through required documentation.
