Job summary

Manchester Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to deliver evidence-based treatments under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist. The COTA will implement goals set by the OT and document patient progress to support ongoing care plans.

The role includes both Full Time and PRN shifts with a sign-on bonus. Prior experience in long-term or geriatric care is preferred and strong documentation skills are essential for timely progress

Qualifications

• Must have a valid professional license and registration for state of practice.
• Experience with long-term care and/or geriatric care preferred.
• Documentation writing and timely progress notes.

Responsibilities

• Carry out best practice treatments under supervision of the OT.
• Provide treatment aligned with goals developed by the OT.
• Provide feedback to supervising OT via documentation or facility policy.
• Perform duties assigned by Director of Rehabilitation.
