Job summary

Manchester Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Tennessee seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for full-time and PRN roles. You will provide treatment under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, document progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care.

Qualified applicants hold a valid COTA license, experience in long-term or geriatric care is preferred, and punctual, professional conduct is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid professional license and registration for state of practice.
• Provide comprehensive treatment to patients under supervision of Occupational Therapist
• Experience with long-term care and/or geriatric care is preferred
• Well versed with documentation writing
• Document patient’s progress on weekly progress notes
• Collaborates with all disciplines to provide patient-centered care
• Exceptional patient service skills and ability to demonstrate clinical excellence
• Report to work on time and adhere to scheduled hours
• Perform all other duties assigned by Director of Rehabilitation

Responsibilities

• Carry out best practice treatments under the supervision of the OT.
• Provide comprehensive treatment to patients under supervision of Occupational Therapist.
• Collaborate with disciplines to provide patient-centered care.
• Document patient progress and maintain timely progress notes.
