OhioHealth at Home in partnership with Compassus seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support OTs in delivering patient-centered care. You will help with therapy goals, monitor progress, and leverage AI-supported tools to improve documentation, freeing time for hands-on interactions.

Ideal candidates hold an OTA associate degree, state license, and at least two years of acute care or rehab experience.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in an acute care or rehabilitation setting.
• Actively licensed as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in state(s) of employment.

Responsabilités

• Assist with therapy sessions and monitor patient progress.
• Use AI technology to ensure clear and accurate documentation of sessions.
