Responsibilities

• Follows the therapist's plan of care and communicates with the evaluating therapist.
• Implements patient-centered, occupation-based intervention plans and adjusts by patient response.
• Documents communication and progress in the daily note.
• Provides ADLs training and completes ROM measurements of elbow, wrist, and hand.
• Educates patients, families, caregivers, students, and other health care providers.
• Collaborates with the occupational therapist and other team members.
