Job summary

Willow Terrace is hiring a Full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support residents in achieving greater independence with daily activities.

Under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, the COTA will provide skilled treatment services that help residents improve function, safety, and quality of life. Benefits may be available for eligible full-time team members.

Qualifications

• Current COTA license or eligibility to practice in the applicable state.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Carry out treatment plans established by the Occupational Therapist.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, therapeutic exercise, adaptive equipment, and functional tasks.
• Monitor resident response to treatment and report progress to the supervising therapist.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation.
• Partner with the interdisciplinary care team to support resident-centered outcomes.
